REDRESS Covid-19 Precautionary Measures

The safety of our staff and customers is extremely important to us. In light of the current Covid-19 measures and recommendations by the Hong Kong Government, we have implemented the following precautionary measures throughout the entire Pop-up, including the set-up and dismantling periods. 

• Temperature checks will be taken on arrival for anyone entering the venue. Anyone with a temperature over 37.5 degrees will not be allowed to enter. 

• Masks must be worn at all times, by all Redress staff, volunteers and customers, including in the changing room and back of house areas. 

• All persons will be required to apply hand sanitiser upon entering the shop, including staff, volunteers and customers. 

• Hand sanitiser will be provided at numerous locations within the venue and regular re-application is encouraged.

• No more than 50 customers will be allowed on the shop floor at any one time. If this number limit is reached, customers will be asked to wait outside until space becomes available.

• The majority of the clothing for sale at the pop-up shop are secondhand, with some new (surplus stock) items which have been donated by brands.  Prior to sale, all clothing had been stored in a clean, climate controlled environment with the majority collected through Get Redressed Month. However, we always recommend that you wash any item of clothing that you buy - regardless whether it is new or secondhand - before wearing it.
