About Us

As a charity, we rely on your generosity to fuel our mission. Here are several ways to support our work.

We believe in
the positive power
of fashion.

“We want to redress —
‘to remedy or set right’
— fashion. Together.”

We are a Hong Kong-based, Asia-focused environmental NGO on a mission to accelerate the transition to a circular fashion industry by educating and empowering designers and consumers, in order to reduce clothing’s negative environmental impacts.

Fashion’s current linear system of ‘take, make, use and waste’ is unsustainable. One rubbish truck of textiles is landfilled or burned globally every second. We are building a circular fashion economy, where responsibility is taken for a product’s entire lifecycle and its impact on the planet.

We Educate to Drive Change

Whether you are a fashion designer, consumer, student, or company, we have learning resources for you to discover and use.

We Empower Emerging Sustainable Designers

Our flagship global programme, the Redress Design Award, is the world’s leading circular fashion design competition since 2011.

We Engage our Local Communities

From volunteer days to clothing drives, public campaigns to secondhand to pop-up shops, we make it easy for Hong Kongers to participate in circular fashion.

Want to be part of
the world-renowned
Redress Design Award?

As the world’s leading circular fashion design competition, the Redress Design Award educates, empowers and showcases emerging sustainable and circular designers globally.
