Two in five Hong Kongers discard their clothes after a year or less. Many of them will end up in landfill, where we send an estimated 388 tonnes of textile daily*. This growing issue presents an exciting opportunity to rethink how we approach fashion and clothing.

This May, Get Redressed Month 2025 invites Hong Kongers to take a closer look at how their wardrobes impact the environment and explore fun, creative and easy ways to make fashion more sustainable. Whether with your company, school or community, join us in rethinking how we shop, care and share our clothes. Together, let’s turn small changes into big steps for the planet!
