If you've been following our social media platforms and newsletter updates, you'll know that we have recently launched our annual consumer awareness campaign, #GetRedressed Month! Last month, we unveiled our new look and website pages, and this month we are excited to reveal more details about some of the events taking place during Get Redressed Month itself.

Corporates - sign ups are now open for the Clothing Drive and Sort-a-thon events!

Take part in our annual clothing drive, which helps to keep unwanted clothing in use for longer.  All clothing received throughout October will be collected and carefully sorted before being redistributed for reuse amongst local charities and recycling. Corporates who sign up will be provided with clothing donation boxes, campaign marketing materials and their logos will be featured on our website.

The Sort-a-thon event is a CSR volunteering event like no other. Teams of corporate volunteers come together to sort through over 15 tonnes of collected clothing for resale, reuse, upcycling and recycling, while supporting over 20 local charity partners. We are pleased to unveil the location and dates of this year's event*:

Venue: 8/F, Oxford House, Taikoo Place
Dates: Friday 6 and Saturday 7 November 2020
Sponsor: Swire Properties

The sign-up deadline for both events is 31 August 2020. There are only a limited number of team slots available for the Sort-a-thon and allocation will be on a first come, first serve basis.

The Get Redressed Month 2020 Sponsors are Gap Inc., Li & Fung, Tencel, Edelman, Fidelity International, Hong Kong Jockey Club, KPMG, Redbox Storage and Swire Properties.

*Sort-a-thon and COVID-19

Please note, we will have a number of health and safety measures in place to ensure the safety of staff and volunteers.  We remain positive that the event will be able to move forward in November as planned, however we will continue to monitor the situation.
