Memorial Day at the American Club Foundation

On 23 May, with 240+ registrations, Redress held an upcycling workshop with alum Jesse Lee at the American Club Foundation’s Memorial Day celebration. Children enjoyed making puppets out of old socks from our clothing collection programme and their own closets. The toys were stuffed with locally grown kapok and decorated with vintage buttons, embroidery thread, and pipe cleaners. There was even a contest for the best sock puppet, with lots of creative results!
