Circular Retail consumer survey

Redress worked with GlobeScan in 2021 to research circular retail offerings in Hong Kong, as well as consumers’ behaviours and perceptions of such services. The study summarised key opportunities and challenges for circular retail services in Hong Kong, and informed  Redress’ own strategic direction.

Clothing Consumption Habits in Hong Kong

This Redress study in 2020 found that two in five Hong Kongers only keep clothing for one year or less, and nearly 1/3 discard unwanted clothing items in the rubbish, contributing to the 242 tonnes of textiles entering Hong Kong’s landfills every day.
