- 经济影响: 2026 年,全球服装市场收益估计将达到 1.92 兆美元1 。 约占全球国内生产总值(GDP)的 2% 至 2.5%。.2
- 社会影响: 据估计,全球每八名劳动人口中,便有一人受雇于服装产业的某个环节。3
环境影响
全球生产与消费
- 全球时尚产业每年生产约 1,000 亿至 1,500 亿件服装。12
- 亚洲占全球成衣及纺织品出口约 60%。13
- 预计到 2030 年,全球成衣及鞋类消费量将增长 63%。14
- 据估计,2023 年时尚产业生产了约 25 亿至 50 亿件过剩库存商品,其对应的潜在销售价值在 700 亿美元至 1,400 亿美元之间。15
失灵且浪费的线性系统
纺织与成衣废弃危机——持续恶化
- 全球:每秒钟,相当于一辆垃圾车的纺织品被堆填或焚烧。16
- 2024 年,全球成衣与纺织废弃物达 1.2 亿公吨,其中 80% 最终被送往堆填区或焚化。17
- 全球:预计 2015 年至 2030 年间,纺织废弃物将增加约 60%。18
- 全球:大部分服装在生产后一年内便被堆填或焚烧。19
- 全球:每生产五件服装,每年便有相当于三件最终被堆填或焚烧。20
- 全球:据估计,超过一半的快时尚产品在一年内便被丢弃。21
- 香港:2024 年,香港每日平均有 400 吨纺织品被送往堆填区22 ,相当于每天约 17,000 个行李箱的纺织品被丢弃。23
循环经济的重要性
循环经济尚未充分发展——纺织品回收面临困境
- 全球纺织产业的循环率仅为 0.3%:在其每年消耗的 32.5 亿吨材料中,超过 99% 来自原始资源。24
循环经济与纺织废弃物回收的益处
- 经济效益:
- 每年,价值约 1,500 亿美元的原材料价值因纺织废弃物而流失。25
- 透过向循环纺织商业模式转型,预计到 2030 年可创造 7,000 亿美元的经济价值。这将来自四大商业模式的增长——转售、租赁、维修与再制。目前,这些模式代表着 730 亿美元的市场规模(约占全球时尚市场的 3.5%),预计到 2030 年将增长至 7,000 亿美元(约占全球时尚市场的 23%)。26
- 环境: 循环商业模式的市场份额每增加 1%, 预计可减少 1,300 万吨二氧化碳当量(tCO2e)的排放。27
- 社会:Transitioning 与「一切照常」的情境相比,到 2030 年,全球各行业向循环经济转型可净创造总计约 700 万至 800 万个新工作岗位。28
循环经济始于良好设计——但教育缺口仍然存在
- 大约80%的产品环境影响在设计阶段就已经确定了。29
- 在英国,71% 的设计师预期对绿色设计的需求将会增加,但只有 43% 认为自己具备满足该需求的能力。30
- 一项涵盖 81 篇论文的综合回顾指出,主流时装设计课程仍然「很少将可持续发展纳入课程内容」,突显了透过理论理解与实践应用来加强可持续发展教育的必要性。31
- 瑞银指出存在迫切的投资需求时尚界 的循环经济和循环经济是长期发展趋势,尤其是在私人市场,投资前景日益明朗。劳动力需要提升技能和进行技能再培训。32
消费者意识不断提高,但消费者意愿与行动之间仍有差距
- 98%的消费者认为品牌有责任为世界带来正面的改变。33
- 71%的全球消费者关注时尚产业的可持续性,只有3%的人愿意为此支付溢价。34
- 71% 的消费者表示,他们正在转向投资更高品质的服装,并且对转售、租赁或翻新等循环商业模式越来越感兴趣。35
立法加强推动时尚产业进步
- 欧盟的永续产品生态设计法规ESPR)是一系列措施的一部分,旨在透过提高产品的循环性、能源性能、可回收性和耐用性,大幅提升推出欧盟市场的产品的可持续性,该措施于2024年7月生效。36
- 中国的《「十五五」循环经济发展规划》包含多项系统性目标,包括:为循环而设计;扩大再生纤维及二次原材料在纺织制造中的使用;扩展生产者责任延伸制度(EPR)。包含各种系统性目标,包括:循环性设计;扩大纺织品制造中再生纤维和再生原料的使用;扩大生产者延伸责任制(EPR)。37
